If you are contacting us about a product please have the brand, product name and receipt to hand. To speed up your query further, please also have the Barcode, Batch Number and the product's Best Before/Use by Date (if applicable).


If you are contacting us about an Online query please choose option 2 and have your order number, email address and postcode to hand.

In the unlikely event that our Customer Service team are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of our complaints handling procedure you may refer your complaint to Retail ADR, which is a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution provider. We will respond to any complaint referred to us by them.
